Mighty Final Fight Forever was released on Dec 24th 2025 by Bouncer Games. I haven't had much time with it due to it being released on a busy week of the year. I was able to sneak a few runs in to unlock the extra characters.
For those who don't know, Dean is from Final Fight 3. He is a heavy hitter in that game as well. Dean's explosive 3 hit combo makes him ideal for dealing big damage to most bosses. That is if you don't go for the cheese strat of back throwing them. I think Dean is my favorite character right now out of the complete cast.
The game is fun but I think the level design could have really used some work. Going left to right gets real boring quick and makes the game feel longer than it is. I get they they were trying to be sort of faithful but creating creating more engaging levels would have helped this game immensely. There are only a few variations and those changes are only there due to the level being faithfully recreated.
Mighty Final Fight Forever includes all stages form Mighty Final Fight. As a sick bonus though, there are stages from Final Fight 1, 2, & 3. I think this is a great game for Final Fight fans. I'll still go back and do some playthroughs as Carlos and Kyle for sure.
