read a detailed article on this mig welding video here weldingtipsandtricks.com/uphill-mig-welding-settings.html

In this video you will see an outside corner joint as well as a vertical uphill tee joint using the primeweld mig180 plugged into a 115volt 20 amp circuit.
Recommended settings on mig charts are intended for flat and horizontal fillet welds and are too hot for vertical uphill.
but just picking a setting for thinner metal and reducing wire speed gives you a pretty good starting point.
