Test fill after changing the valves. Yes, at last I found a source of new valves for the WT745. Contrary to Miele NLA-ing them, they're generic Elbi valves, type 369.
Had to get them specially ordered from a local parts store but they're well in stock for the foreseeable future.
This machine has had issues with slow filling for about 2-3 years, but the dryer blower getting stuck from disuse and me taking the lid off yesterday prompted me to look into getting new valves.
