Last year I had the chance to buy this insanely rare version of Midtown Madness. Compared to the rather common Japanese release by Microsoft, this is a more special version with unique cover art and released as part of DigiCube's PC Series in 2001. It took me many years to find one, even if I wasn't actively looking for it.
Full Japanese localisation is included, but certain voices have been left unchanged. Some menu graphics have been compressed to JPG instead of DDS.
