Follow up of recent grafting activity. I got a poorer success rate than usual, I think most of that was due to a trial of using fresh wood-it did not work nearly as well as my usual practice of using stored wood cut in deep winter dormancy. My final comments about the EU referendum were made before the vote but I think are still valid. Be kind to the people who voted differently as you would wish them to be kind to you.
