I got a new laptop so I guess I can finally finish this storyboard I've had sitting in the back of my computer for 10 months 0-o
This is an AMV I've been planning for quite some time, and it tells the story of Midnightstorm, whom I've animated a few times in the past {Here's the most recent one, but it's still from a year ago youtube.com/watch?v=BncvhPQKnUc }
I'm sure some clarification is needed because it's a bit of a complicated story, so here's a written version of what's happening on screen:
Midnightkit was from the first litter of Shadedmoon's, and right from the start he was his mother's favorite kit due to his less timid attitude as compared to his siblings. His father didn't really have a favorite, but what he did have was an evil ghost sister from the dark forest {Pink cat} that wanted to get revenge on him for betraying her and their rogue father and joining the clans to be good and junk. In order to get her vengeance she decides to take his firstborn son {Midnightstorm} and turn him against Stormheart. This starts out working once she helps cause Leafpaw {Midnight's sister} to fall into a ravine and die, but backfires once she realizes Midnight isn't angry at anyone but himself, so she shows him how his parents had another litter of kittens just before he became a warrior, which makes him a little jealous, but again, he isn't too mad at anyone. He finally clicks, however, once Pink Cat tells him about how his mother used to train in the dark forest and how shes a traitor in disguise and stuff like that, and she like, manipulates his feelings about her and makes every minor thing she's ever done seem like a really big problem. So Midnight plans this sneak attack on Shadedmoon and is about to kill her whilst being 'possessed' by Pink Cat, when his other sister {Jaguarshadow} saves her and kills Midnight. Shadedmoon never really liked Jaguar because she was the reason she lost her tail, and now she had just killed her favorite child, but that's a story for another day maybe. Meanwhile, Midnight is in the dark forest and is greeted by Leafpaw, who immediately disowns him and goes back to starclan. A little while passes and he finds him younger sister Palepaw wandering around the dark forest and Pink Cat tries to get him to do the same thing she did to him and make her evil, but he refuses and breaks the chain of these evil cats etc etc. He eventually is killed by Pink cat while trying to save Leafpaw in a battle very similar to the great battle, but that i will deifintely animate in the future!
