yo. framerate is bad for most clips because shadowplay is horrible. I've since switched to OBS, which is always smooth. It urks me that I kept using such a bad method of capturing for so long. It led to almost every clip in this video being laggy. I don't think that takes away from the improv itself, but the point is, future videos will be much smoother.
