Here is June NAMM 2022 video that describes the MIDI 2.0 Prototyping that is currently under way,

At the June 2022 NAMM Show, we showed a number of products that companies are using to prototype MIDI 2.0.
Over 40 companies have just received the Amennote ProtoZOA, a MIDI 2.0 UMP Prototyping tool that allows companies to jump start their MIDI 2.0 development with shared code.
As this was made to be shown on the NAMM show floor it doesn't have any audio (except that we left the audio for the sonic version of our new logo in place, because it was too cool not to.)
