Founder of Sober Curious Reset Susannah Myerson gave up drinking at 36 after recognising alcohol's impact on her relationships and wellbeing. Her peer-led program addresses "grey area drinking" – the space between casual drinking and problem drinking, where high-functioning women use alcohol as a daily crutch.
