I had absolutely great fun at the FPV Drone Race 2016, even managed to get the 3rd fastest qualification time after Andreas Graf alias 'Andi G. FPV' and Mac Poschwald alias 'Dronksy'.

I am happy to see that the derbe evo and my flightcontroller can compete with the best international pilots. Although I had to mount a GoPro session to the copter which does almost eliminate any aerodynamic advantage...

I was trying to fly safe and slow in the quarterfinals but then I crashed with another copter in the second lap already. I don't think that I could have avoided this, probably the other pilot did also not see me, as we crashed sideways. But watch it yourself and let me know what you think!
