Remember how I said I was befuddled? I basically conflated corn starch and baking soda while talking about powdered sugar. Luckily, they do have similar properties in the realm of odor absorption. Per the allwise innternet: “Corn starch, not dissimilar to baking soda, is finely ground, helping to make it super absorbent. This makes it great for attacking unpleasant odors, especially from stinky shoes. Sprinkle a bit into your favourite shoes and let it sit overnight.”
I nearly always provide time stamps, but I’m in a bit of a crunch this week. I’ll try to get them up Sunday if it doesn’t completely slip my mind!
