Slow Motion Episode #10: Champagne Bottle
I say "don't try this at home" a lot, it goes double, no triple, for this particular experiment. Back in 2013, I microwaved a bottle of champagne and it completely blew apart the microwave. Luckily I was nowhere nearby so I was never in any real danger, but I knew it would be bad news. This was by far the loudest microwave experiment done to that point on the show and it would be one of the best "action" shots of a total annihilation where an explosion ripped apart the whole microwave. Nothing I had ever done had come close to that point. Other "action" shots would end up closing the microwave door, one had actually obliterated my camera and I had to borrow someone else's camera to finish filming an episode. But this explosion was the best I filmed.
I have some goodies coming up, including some Christmas specials. However, if you want to see the Christmas special in time for Christmas, you need to watch the other ones, at least 1% of you watching.
