A wine bottle filled with 750ml water and capped with silicone. The bottle is put in a microwave and heated for about 8min 30sec, until the steam pressure first slightly breaks the silicone seal, then cracks the bottle a fraction of a second later. The expanding steam blows the microwave door open and breaks a row of spot welds holding the oven together.

Note the flashes of light in the high-speed video (940fps), this was caused by the mains power short circuiting after the explosion.
