Experiment #430: Musical Birthday Candle
(Rated G) Happy Birthday to the second most prolific microwave show on YouTube! With well over 400 episodes of microwaving goodness, there's a good chance if you thought it up, I've already microwaved it. And yes, I've even microwaved a microwave. For this episode, I put a musical birthday cake topper in the microwave and cooked it while it was playing. It survived enough microwaving to make it a little into the second play through of "Happy Birthday" before eventually catching fire and exploding. Notice how this time I'm actually smart enough to have the camera sitting back so that the microwave blowing the door open doesn't put the camera in the firing range and this time you can actually SEE the door flying open. This one is actually a bit early since I started doing this show on October 24, 2012 although if you want to be technical I'm late for celebrating an anniversary since I began microwaving stuff for intentional experiments back in July of 1992. But I've gotten a lot better at doing this, wouldn't you agree? Especially with the filming it. Microwave Me, now in its 15th season continues its trend of bigger and better microwave experiments than done the previous season while being filmed in 1080p for the best quality and as always stars Captain Microwave as the show's host and producer, who for this episode uses a small Magic Chef brand microwave.
