The original prophet-5 rev 3 firmware had a hidden “scale mode” (originally added for Terry Riley) which allowed you to get microtonal and create any custom tuning. The middle row of 12 knobs would become fine tune knobs for the 12 notes of the chromatic scale. Here I’m tuned to just-intonation which is making this beautiful otherworldly sound.
