This is a small system designed in Adelaide, South Australia. This particular example is not in very good condition, unfortunately.
Some thoughtful person uploaded the install disks to a driver library site. They weren't images however, so I had to reconstruct them. The install program checks the disk label on the two disks to make sure you have the correct one in the floppy drive (user friendliness....), so it took some searching through the EXE for the names. I found them eventually and was able to reconstruct something resembling the original disks and make the hard drive bootable. This is essential because of the SOFTBIOS, which is loaded from the hard drive via ROM on boot. The original 20MB Miniscribe hard drive is long dead.
I used to have another one years ago when I was a kid. A friend of mine found it holding up a down pipe at someone's house. The board booted but the hard drive didn't work. My friends and I had no idea how to fix it and it was eventually thrown away. I got this one off another friend a few years ago who wanted to get rid of it.
