Mt. Morris Township Treasurer Diane Bayeh says that Montgomery County and Dayton City officials should really look into what they are getting into with Land Bank's, and make sure they have the resources to take care of what the properties they are taking on. Bayeh says that the Land Bank in her Township, which borders Flint, MI, does not have the resources to maintain the properties it has on its books.
