From visiting family, fishing and survival training ... the great state of Michigan (especially the Upper Peninsula aka the U.P.) is the place to be, especially in the summer months. Unless you're a moose, winter time there sucks. A lot.
From Gaylord, to Rogers City, to Mackinaw City, to Sault Ste. Marie, to Marquette and finally to the Porcupine Mountains ...
