Quick facts of the week:
How to make muscles grow
-Every single muscle fiber must be slightly torn, to be rebuilt and and reconstruct a little bit stronger and a little bit bigger than before it got torn, to avoid being torn again
This process takes, with variations of course, 72h (depending on how damaged the fiber is).
And then, it starts over
Meaning, your targeted muscles get bigger firmer and sexier (So eat, thats whats needed to grow those fibers. You cant construct and rebuild without construction material, right? And that construction material is called protein)

110 repetitions / 4 sets
230 lunges / 4 sets
315 repetitions / 4 sets
48-10 full repetitions / 3 sets
510 full repetitions / 3 sets
