MSP says it produced 435 responsive emails but withheld 473 communications between MSP and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, claiming they are protected by the work-product doctrine.
I also examine the subpoena requests seeking records related to Michael Proctor and Yuri Bukhenik, including disciplinary investigations, proceedings, decisions, actions, and appeals. Are these emails truly protected legal strategy, or should the court require them to be reviewed and produced?
