Michael Byun is the Executive Director of Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS), one of Washington state’s leading nonprofit organizations serving Asian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (A&NH/PI), and other underserved immigrant and refugee communities. With nearly 25 years of experience in public service and community development, Mr. Byun has dedicated his career to advancing health equity, immigrant rights, and racial justice.

Michael has been awarded a Martin Luther King Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service by the King County Council.
