Hey everyone how are you? We have quite a few bits of news for you all. Would love to know what your thoughts are on them all.
Firstly we have a new song coming out this Friday!!! There will be more info on that soon.
Secondly ,our music and artistry has a new name that is very special to us. Due to several legal problems that were cropping up we had to change our artist name from "H Y B R I D" to something different. We spent a long time thinking about what we would call ourselves and choosing a combination of English words seemed too difficult or just felt wrong.
We are creative people and we make expressive music and we pour our heart and soul into all that we do, so we wanted a name that would represent that. We decided to be ultimately creative and design our own word around the meaning we wanted. The word is "Miavono" and the definition is - the piece of your heart/soul that you leave behind. You can read into that meaning in any way that you like but that is what it means to us.
The word was created by us and so can have any meaning you would like it to have. Whatever our music means to you, that is what Miavono means. We are updating all of our socials and the link to our new Spotify is below. We really hope that you like it and we look forward to growing as artists through this name.
We understand that the name change may take a while to settle in but we are really enjoying it already. We will be changing a few things around on our YouTube and reposting some of our videos to avoid legal problems but it will hopefully all be sorted soon and run smoothly. Thank you so much for all of your support and we can't wait to share the new song on Friday!
