Okayish Blackveil run and scuffed Velkhana run. But, I got sub 10 so I'm happy with it. I believe sub 9 is possible with clean Blackveil and Velkhana. Oh and reminder, do this quest to get an amazing long scarf (head armor piece, no layered yet).
