An ideal run would most likely use dereliction and pray for fireball spamming Espinas, but I tried something different this time. Hellfire Cloak gives you hellfire blight, which evidently topples the monster long enough for 2 Ultras, making it REALLY strong to force out decent runs for monsters with small health pools. I don't think weapons can use this armor set besides elemental charge blade though, as you simply lose out on too many offensive skills.
