It happened on PS3. Not sure about PS4 thou.
Had chance to take video since it happened to me like 3-4 times, lol.
Unable to get to the ground lobby with this buggy staircase with pipes (unless I try the other one)
Falling hazard. Yeah the warning signboard said so. But with glitch :p
