In this video, we’ll be focusing on how to add a machine to your Massey Ferguson Connect account. After logging into your account at MasseyFergusonConnect.com, navigate to the My Fleet menu on the left side of the screen. Select Add a Machine, and then enter the 17-digit serial/chassis number (VIN), and click Search. The machine model should auto-populate. If it doesn’t, choose the model from the dropdown. Select country and local service center or dealer. A summary statement will verify your selections and details. Finally, click Subscribe.
The subscription request will be sent to your chosen service center, and machine data will be visible. The machine must run in the days following the subscription request to allow the machine to activate and start sending data.
