Pre-ONP event time.
Today I had gotten word that Metra's UP Line Holiday Train was making it's way up the UP North Line to Waukegan on Train 339. What makes this year's UP Line Holiday Train special is that this year marks the return of a beloved Northwestern Suburb special, Operation North Pole! While the event is happening later this month, Metra released the ONP set early and managed to combine it with the regular holiday set, making this year's set a nice combo with a wrap and Christmas lights! For now, here we see Metra 102 lead train 339 North through Lake Forest on it's way to Waukegan. Enjoy!
