This mysterious and difficult Spider Ball block clip is the only currently known OoB method in Area 7.
When I first got this clip, before I could record, I clipped on the right side of the block then space jumped all the way to just about half a screen away from skipping the obstructing power bomb block before I accidently fell into the purple acid room. There was no known Diggernaut skip at the time, however, so I didn't pursue it too much. I've only done it four other times since then...
