Yeah. Hai. Wow. This happened.

First thing first: This really should have been both sub- 2 01 and deathless, but getting glitch-killed at 1:55:20 killed both of those accomplishments... Very annoying, considering that is the absolute last room that could have occurred in. The death cost 16s, for those curious, so it's actually not a time-consuming death compared to some other deaths, but it's still enough time that it took me out of sub- 2 01 range.

I was waiting for the shoe to drop on this run all run long... and it really never did. Just a solid run all the way through. This is going to be an extremely difficult run to beat, though I certainly won't say it's impossible.

In regards to getting "glitch-killed": The attack that's supposed to happen when you get dive-bombed by those creatures while morphed is a sting attack, that does 35 damage. They also have a grapple attack, which is only supposed to happen when Samus is in her bipedal form, and this attack does a bit more damage. However, it's not supposed to happen while Samus is morphed. Unfortunately, if this attack *does* happen while Samus is morphed, the extra damage taken from being morphed turns the attack into an OHKO in Hard Mode, as it deals at least 99 damage.
