With a new year comes the introduction of a new randomizer for the nightly rotation! Welcome to the standalone NES Metroid Randomizer! I've done this a few times as part of the Quad Randomizer, and through that I feel like I've become familiar enough with the game to start doing standalone randomizers for it.
The settings for this randomizer are limited, especially compared to randomizers for other games, including difficulty of item shuffle locations, elevator shuffle, and morph ball relocation (which changes some of the terrain in Brinstar to accommodate the shuffled morph ball).
Randomizer schedule:
Sunday - Combo
Monday - ALTTP (Veetorp)
Tuesday - Super Metroid
Wednesday - Zelda 2
Thursday - Super Metroid Project Base/NESTroid
Friday - ALTTP (karafruit)
Saturday - Castlevania 2
