Learn how to do the Neutral Jump Clip and use Phantom Cloak to make fast clips even faster!

Part 2.2 exists because new relevant tech was found since the making of Part 2 that I couldn't simply not cover! Both tricks were discovered by DLC and Dioptas figured out the shinespark unskew was possible for the neutral jump. I only added my own touch to the spark setup.
