This was preserved on SETS' Harbourlink website, and I noticed that the file was nowhere online apart from there. (The site hasn't been touched sicne 2016 also, which means there was a risk of the site dying out and this video to become lost.)
This was part of the official archive from Metro Transport Sydney themselves, and a higher-resolution version of this was likely going to be uploaded to MRailTV (the official channel), however it never was. This is also (confusingly) the only Sydney Monorail TV advert that I've found out there.
