La ampliación del Metro ParcBit es una obra de ampliación del Metro de Palma de Mallorca que se desarrolla a lo largo de la Universitat de les Illes Balears hasta el ParcBit (Parc Balear d’Innovació Tecnològica).
El trazado, de 1,4 kilómetros de longitud, irá en paralelo a la carretera de acceso al ParcBit y se llegará desde la UIB al centro tecnológico en dos minutos, poco más de quince desde la Intermodal de Palma. La estación final se situará en la zona sur del parque tecnológico, junto al aparcamiento. El tramo tendrá una parte soterrada, una parte en trinchera y una parte final en superficie.
Los encofrados y apeos de ULMA han permitido construir desde muros rectos hasta curvos, adaptándose a geometrías complejas y a losas de diferentes espesores.

La macsura de la Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba es uno de los tesoros arquitectónicos más fascinantes de la ciudad. Se trata de un espacio reservado dentro del edificio principal, ubicada en el lado sur del mihrab, que es la parte más sagrada de la mezquita.
El proyecto de restauración, con un plazo de ejecución de unos tres años, recuperará el aspecto original tanto del mihrab como de la macsura, utilizando para ello los mismos materiales que se usaron en su construcción en el siglo X.
ULMA ha ofrecido soluciones en este proyecto haciendo frente a desafíos importantes relacionados con la falta de apoyos, que han condicionado el diseño de las estructuras de andamio basadas en el sistema BRIO.

The maqsura of the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba is one of the city’s most fascinating architectural treasures. It is a reserved area within the main building, located on the southern side of the mihrab, which is the most sacred part of the mosque.
The restoration project, with an expected duration of around three years, will recover the original appearance of both the mihrab and the maqsura, using the same materials employed in their construction in the 10th century.
ULMA has provided solutions for this project, tackling significant challenges related to the lack of support points, which influenced the design of the scaffolding structures based on the BRIO system.

El nuevo edificio de investigación del Hospital Universitario Vall d’Hebron es una singular construcción diseñada por BAAS Arquitectura y Espinet/Ubach, que cuenta con una única fachada. Un pliegue en la topografía que adquiere el papel de telón final de la plataforma inferior y desaparece literalmente del nivel superior, donde se convierte en una prolongación del parque.
La planta está definida por tres patios, uno de los cuales se abre a la fachada, y terrazas que se relacionan con el exterior. Los laboratorios, agrupados en torno a los tres patios según su orientación, generan junto a las terrazas una serie de recorridos similares a los claustros de los monasterios, combinando interiores y exteriores para generar espacios de ocio y encuentro.
En este proyecto se ha tenido especial cuidado y criterio a la hora de escoger los sistemas de encofrado para realizar la estructura, ya que el arquitecto solicitaba unas pautas de acabado muy concisas y, por parte de la ingeniería y constructora, plazos y condiciones técnicas muy estrictas. Desde ULMA acompañamos a todas las partes implicadas para escoger los mejores sistemas y soluciones técnicas para ejecutar el edificio VHIR.

The new research building at Vall dHebron University Hospital is a unique construction designed by BAAS Arquitectura and Espinet/Ubach, which features a single façade. A fold in the topography that takes on the role of a backdrop to the lower platform and literally disappears from the upper level, where it transforms into an extension of the park.
The ground plan is defined by three patios, one of which opens onto the façade, and terraces that are connected to the exterior. The laboratories, grouped around the three patios according to their orientation, generate, together with the terraces, a series of routes similar to the monastery cloisters, combining indoors and outdoors to generate areas for leisure and gatherings.
This project required special care and criteria when choosing the formwork systems to build the structure, as the architect requested very concise finishing guidelines and the engineering and construction company had very strict deadlines and technical conditions. ULMA provides support and assistance to all the parties involved in choosing the best systems and technical solutions for the Vall dHebron Research Institute building.

Located in Belleville, New Jersey lies a 18,938 square foot residential building with 268 units. The first floor containing a restaurant and other commercial spaces that are designed to attract people to the plaza by providing outdoor café tables, decorative sidewalks, and landscaping within the plaza as well as along Washington Avenue.
ULMA was able to incorporate a variety of forming and shoring systems into this project, such as ENKOFLEX and MEGAFRAME shoring system for supporting thick slab with high elevation, and MEGALITE formwork system for foundation and shear walls.

Situado en Belleville, Nueva Jersey, ocupa un edificio residencial de 1760 metros cuadrados que cuenta con 268 unidades. En la primera planta hay un restaurante y otros espacios comerciales diseñados para atraer a los visitantes hacia la plaza gracias a mesas en el exterior, pavimentos decorativos y ajardinamiento, tanto en la propia plaza como a lo largo de Washington Avenue.
ULMA incorporó en este proyecto varios sistemas de encofrado y apuntalamiento, por ejemplo, el encofrado ENKOFLEX y la cimbra MEGAFRAME para dar soporte a un grueso forjado de losa muy elevado y el sistema de encofrado modular MEGALITE para la cimentación y los muros cortantes.

El futuro centro comercial se ubica en Andorra La Vella, donde anteriormente se situaba el aparcamiento de El Fener. Se trata de una edificación de cinco plantas, compuesto por cuatro plantas de aparcamiento y una de uso comercial. Las tres plantas inferiores tienen una superficie aproximada de 7.100 m² cada una y las dos restantes de unos 7.900 m².
Los retos de esta obra de edificación han sido varios: la geometría particular del edificio, pilares especiales, muros a una cara, muros circulares a una cara, etc. Para solucionar todos estos desafíos ULMA ha ofrecido al cliente soluciones innovadoras. Ejemplo de ello es el nuevo Encofrado modular recuperable ONADEK.

The shopping center is located in Andorra La Vella, where the El Fener parking lot was previously located. It is a five-story building, consisting of four parking floors and one for commercial use. The three lower floors each have a surface area of approximately 7,100 m² each, and the other two floors 7,900 m².
This building construction posed several challenges: the particular geometry of the building, special columns, single-sided walls, circular single-sided walls, and others. To address all these challenges ULMA offered the customer innovative solutions. An example of this is the new ONADEK recoverable modular formwork.
