This video is almost one continuous action shot from the moment the train from New Canaan arrived until it departed back to New Canaan almost 15 minutes later. Stamford station is the terminus of the New Canaan Line. It was surprising to see the Metro North Diesel because both the Danbury and Waterbury lines are closed until further notice. It must have been heading to the New Haven yard.
Before the train from New Canaan arrived there was nothing happening at all for about a half hour. I zoomed in a little too close and missed the near switch, as that one train crossed all the tracks.
