Metro Exodus just feels right. Movement, weapons, interacts, etc. It all just works well.

While it tends to spend most of it's time above 60fps, should note that lower than the High quality setting makes the game much too bright, however there are a few exceptions- During various cutscenes and also during certain firefights, where there is also stuttering.

Currently the game also suffers from the odd freeze/crash to desktop which, while annoying, isn't much of an issue given how frequently the game autosaves.
