Metro Council is set to consider funding Tuesday night for a new district focused on keeping parts of Midtown cleaner, safer and more attractive.

The Midtown Business Improvement District was created late last year. Councilmember Jacob Kupin said the item before council is needed to unlock the district’s first-year funding through Metro’s supplemental budget process.
