It was time to replace my old meter socket well before I bought the house 7 years ago. We lost 1 leg of power one night last week. Luckily I had my Sol-Ark to power the house while a temporary service was installed, but the power company informed me that it was my responsibility to fix it.
I bought all the materials and had them shut off power again on Friday afternoon. They'll be back to turn it back on Monday morning!
It has been a good test of my battery system, and I definitely need more batteries.
