This is "Metal Mario" from Super Mario 64, but the song plays forwards while the melody is backwards. It's confusing but it works.

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! To celebrate my grand return after being passed out for maybe 3 years, this mix includes "Super Mushroom" and "Fire Power" from Super Mario 64 DS, as well as "Zappy-Zone Wonder" from Super Mario Bros. Wonder, all using the same Metal Cap melody.
