Meta settlement brings changes to childrens social media usage rules on Facebook and Instagram @WBRZ

A massive $12.19 billion settlement, which could climb to $17.1 billion, between Meta and 47 states on Wednesday will bring $180 million to Louisiana and make changes to children's social media usage on Instagram and Facebook.
