Was hiking around the lake at Brazos Bend State Park. When I started, the first thing that came to my attention was the low frequency rumblings/mating calls of the alligators. As I was walking, I spotted one in the shade of a tree on the bank of the lake. He wasn't that hard to miss, as when I got to him he let out his mating call. He lifted his head, filled the air sack under his chin, and let out this loud bellowing sound. Unfortunately I was not able to catch it on video. (also, sorry for the low audio)
