When the war broke out on October 7th, the quiet town of Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel came under the crosshairs of Hezbollah terrorists. The IDF mobilized and soon evacuated all the residents of the northern border towns as terror drone attacks and missiles rained down with daily attacks. Pastor Israel Illuz and his congregation stood up to serve our soldiers hot meals, and soon after, Christians from all over the world showed up to share the love of Yeshua with good home cooking! Only hours after finishing their meal service and locking up, a rocket struck near their newly renovated congregation. Our team caught up with Israel and his congregation as they were repairing the damage, determined to serve the soldiers again with the love of God.
