Welcome to Mesa Spirit RV Resort, a First Class Encore RV Resort in sunny Mesa Arizona. In this weeks video we take you on a tour of this awesome, amenity filled RV resort that's fit for a king!
We are Brian and Shawnna, a full time RV couple who enjoy full time RV living. We are empty nesters who recently quit our corporate jobs, sold our home and auctioned off just about everything we own to live a simpler, more purposeful life in our RV. Cooking in a RV kitchen is easy if you have the right tools. Brian and some of his favorite chefs cook up a tasty White Chicken Chili recipe in our Instant Pot! Living in an RV full time doesnt mean you have to do without some of your favorite foods or recipes!, In this weeks video we show you how to make a creamy, fresh White Chicken Chili along with tips and tricks to make it easy and delicious. Brian trades his wrenches for oregano! Lug nuts for a ladle and gaskets for garlic! Brian loves to cook! In fact, in our sticks and bricks, he did most of the cooking. Of course, there, we had tons of kitchen gadgets and gizmos to make gourmet cooking a breeze. We found that, while RV cooking in some smaller rigs can be challenging, it doesnt mean you have to give up your favorite recipes. The instant pot has changed how we cook and has made cooking our favorite recipes so much easier and quicker!
In this video, we take a light-hearted walk through the recipe with ingredients, cooking tips and instructions on how to create one of our favorite chicken chili recipes in the RV or at home! Find out why you shouldnt touch anything delicate when preparing this, AND what would have made Brians cooking task a whole lot easier! He definitely needs a new one!
