The Christmas season is a reminder to pay attention to small and hopeful things. At Grebel, we are thankful for the many ways that faculty, staff, students, alumni, and our broader community bring hope to each other, their communities, and the world.

In this video, President Marcus Shantz shares about what brings him hope at Grebel It also shows some of the many activities our students have participated in this term – demonstrating leadership, engagement, and joy.

The video includes a performance of Thou Shalt Know Him by Mark Sirett, sung by the University of Waterloo Chamber Choir.
