For over thirty years, MerleFest’s Late Night Jam has been the gathering space for some of the best pickers in the world to mingle alongside the next generation of talent. This annual tradition was initially led by festival founder Doc Watson and his peers; in 2025, that torch was passed to the equally legendary Sam Bush, who held court alongside Peter Rowan, Casey Driessen, Jerry Douglas, and countless other musical friends.

BGS is pleased to present five exclusive sessions from the 2025 Late Night Jam leading up to this year’s MerleFest. Tickets for the Festival and Jam are still available at www.merlefest.com.
