Over the period 1970 to 1975, I saw Julian Hosking at the Royal Opera House with the Royal Ballet in a number of leading, secondary and principally mime roles: ‘Four Schumann Pieces’, 'Gloria’, 'Elite Syncopations’, ‘Raymonda’ Act 3, ‘Prodigal Son’, ‘Daphnis and Chloe’, ‘Scenes de Ballet, ‘Laborintus’, ‘Requiem Canticles’, ‘Prodigal Son’, ‘Piano Concerto No. 2’, ‘Serenade’, ‘Job’, ‘Concerto’, ‘Marguerite and Armand’, ‘Isadora’ and ‘The Four Temperaments’.
It is good to see him here with Merle Park in this pas de deux from Kenneth Macmillan’s ‘Isadora’ (1981.
