How to build an Overhead Storage Cupboard for your Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van Conversion.
In this video, we cut a cardboard template for the shelf to fit into the headliner.
Wrap the plywood shelf with grey auto carpet using Trim Fix Adhesive.
Create a template for the bulkhead facia using cardboard and transfer it to the furniture board.
Cut using a jigsaw and down-cutting wood blades from Rawlplug
Router and 3mm slot in the edge of the board to fix the plastic T Trim from Morland
15mm High Gloss Zebrano lightweight furniture board produced by Morland UK
This is a 15mm plywood made up of 9 layers for increased screw retention.
It's laminated on both sides in a huge choice of colours and wood effect finishes.
