this part kinda has a short story
Kovu and Balto are in love/together. Simba (Kovus father in this) catches them sleeping together and doesn't approve. Kovu and Balto confront Simba and tell him they love each other and will not hide it anymore. Simba exiles his son and Balto from his home and Kovu and Balto run away together.
