My part for PHtrisyia236’s New Divide MEP. It was great to be able to participate in this, and I was so inspired for my part. It’s in Haru’s point of view. Prepare for angst.
In this I wanted to explore not only how hurting and losing Rin effected Haru, but the lasting effect he has on Haru, something other than guilt. And the ‘your voice was all I heard line’ made me think of their recurring ‘tunnel vision’ in regards to each other, especially what’s that like for Haru in this part.
I’m pretty happy with how this part turned out. I hope it looks good in the full MEP when it’s up. There are a lot of amazing editors in it! ^^

First of all, I want to say how happy I am with the way this MEP turned out, and how proud I am of everyone who joined. There are A LOT of amazing editors in this MEP, and Im thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with all of you. There is something amazing about putting so many amazing editors together and making one big project that is, honestly, one of my favorite MEPs I have ever hosted. It was a lot of work, but I wanted to congratulate all of you on the amazing work displayed here, and thank you for working with me. xD
Second, please do not bother me about the audio. I know its a mess. With so many parts and so many different programs, things are bound to change and some of the audio just refused to work with me. So I did the best I could to make it flow without changing the visual side of anyones parts, and adding the original audio helped some but oddly enough didnt work for the entire MEP. Despite the numerous audio troubles, I am still very happy with how this MEP turned out.

Merry Christmas, Silence! It was a struggle to decide what to make you this year because I wanted to edit something other than Code Geass even though I think the videos I made for oyu with it the last two years have been some of my best. But I wanted to do something different this year for sure and I thought about Marvel/DC because who doesn’t love that? But I didn’t have any ideas. And then I heard this song and I got an instant idea for JxHQ. I haven’t edited them since the BLS Skin and Bones MEP and I felt usper excited to work with them again. I hope it’s not too angry, but this is light considered what I gave you last year so. xD Anyway, Silence, you are a treasure! I love talking with you and you’re always so helpful and inspiring! I really value our friendship and our Skype conversations. Also, part of your present is going to be me finally doing that last collab part I’ve been sitting on for like a month so hopefully that’ll be up in January. I hope you have a wonderful holiday!! ^^
It was so fun editing with the clowns again. I was very inspired by this song which is the right mix of positive dysfunction and angst and sweetness that is JxHQ. Editing them this time didn’t feel forced or difficult. I had a lot of fun with this edit so I hope to make more videos with them again soon. I didn’t intend to take such a break but I’m excited for them again.

I struggled for a while trying to find good characters for this song, and settled on The Doctor and Rose and Tomoya and Nagisa.
The first part is about Rose joining the Doctor, being drawn to him, and how they have to eventually part ways because he cant stay with his companions forever. But the Doctor will always remember Rose fondly.
I was a little worried the second part wouldnt work out, but everything fell into place when editing, and then Tomoya calls her a sweet, sweet dream and it was like, Awwww! It starts off with Tomoya wishing he could cheer Nagisa up after they see the hopeless state of the former drama club, which she wants to revive. He thinks of her when he goes home to find his father drunk and, upset, runs off, maybe in the hopes of finding her without realizing it. He thinks about the moment they first met, how she lit up his world. I added the part with future Tomoya and his daughter, at first only because of the snow in the scene then I thought it works because even if Tomoya knew the hardships he would face, he would still go to her. Eventually he stops running and sees her, and again, she entrances him, makes him think things could be better.

Safe to say my hiatus is over. :)
This was originally for gift exchange held in December. This is more of a dedication video now, but I was finally able to get most of my editing footage back and finish this.
So, Chuuzuke, I hope you enjoy this and thank you for being patient with me longer than you should have had to be. You are a gem!

The theme is Dazai and morality/meaning. Dazai has people like Oda, Atsushi, and Kunikida as positive role models in his life, and people like Mori as examples of people he doesn’t want to be like. Chuuya is also someone he admires in some ways but I wanted to show a bunch of relationships in Dazai’s life and the “I missed you more than I thought I would” line really suited them, in my opinion.
