I was gonna get this up earlier but it's my parents' anniversary so I wanted to spend time with them.

A lot has happened within the first 4 months of 2021. I guess I can start with the fact I'm doing a pretty good job limiting on the number of MEPs I join because I want to focus more on irl stuff since I'm almost done with my master's degree so I would need to move forward with my career and leave my shit retail job.

Second thing is how I feel in the editing community in terms of friendships - I was really devastated between February and March because the one friend I love and trusted to the point I was hoping to fly over to see her for anime conventions decided to up and block me because she was "tired of me" then gaslighted me claiming I was guilt tripping and twisting the situation when I wasn't. I had proof to back up my claims. My mental state really took a toll there. But I'm better now cuz fuck it. She can go cry me a river for her regrets, but I will not keep standing by the door waiting for her to open it if she refuses to let me in.

At this point, I'm ready to keep going with my editing and fuck all the hilichurls (genshin reference) that tried to attack me because they want what I have. I earned this pride by working hard. I'm not going to give it up to a bunch of clowns trying to bully me because they don't allow me to live my life. My name is Helene. I'm proud of this name given to me from birth.
