The final level in my Mario Remixed World series. A three part technical challenge where you'll need to duck under fire bros projectiles, jump in sync with koopa car movements, navigate in-between the gaps of fiery jumping fish, and work your way through both a difficult Pom Pom and Boom Boom fight before challenging the big kitty himself, all without a single powerup. Needless to say this level is very difficult. In fact I would not be surprised if it requires a Team 0% player to clear it.
I did get a little lucky near the end. Bowser can be very nasty in the 3D World style, and while his behavior can be manipulated (as I show off at a few points), there's a limit to what you can do to control his actions. The Meowser foreground flying shots are far more dangerous than his background projectiles, for example, and while you can dodge the foreground attacks at any section, the timing is very precise and hard to predict. Especially when you're bouncing on a piranha creeper and avoiding fire bros attacks.
People who are familiar with my channel will notice that opening of this level takes some inspiration from The New Mario World's Funky. While this level isn't quite as difficult as that, the opening still provides a nice kinetic pace to start the level and I think works as an homage to my rom hack.
